Dr. Howard Osterman is a highly qualified foot and ankle surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is a current member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), and holds the position of President and Board Member of the District of Columbia Podiatric Medicine Association. As a sports medicine specialist, Dr. Osterman is the Team Podiatrist for the Washington Wizards of the NBA, the Washington Mystics of the WNBA, and a consultant for many college and high school programs. He has been recognized as a top podiatrist and sports medicine professional by the Washingtonian Magazine, and is highly rated on Yelp and Angie’s List of preferred providers.

Dr. Osterman is also active in the community, working with various organizations to improve healthcare by incorporating athletics into daily activity through lectures and health fairs. He is a past president of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine and a mentor for the American Podiatric Medical Association.
