He's also diligently working toward establishing a sustainable medical facility run by local Honduran physicians for long-term success.
Dr. Kang exemplified excellence in his studies, graduating cum laude from Harvard University and receiving a medical degree at Indiana University. He continued to further hone his craft by completing an ophthalmology residency at Duke University Eye Center before earning placement for a prestigious fellowship focusing on cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery within the John Moran Eye Center of Utah's esteemed university system.
