Dr.Tad Buckingham, OD

Dr. Buckingham obtained his optometry degree from Pacific University's College of Optometry in 1994. Throughout his 25-year career, he has pursued a diverse range of educational and professional opportunities. In addition to working in private practice and providing mobile optometry services to geriatric care facilities, Dr. Buckingham has served as an attending optometric physician at Pacific University College of Optometry, where he has instructed students in contact lens use and ocular disease/special testing.

In addition, Dr. Buckingham has recently retired from Forest Grove Fire and Rescue, where his experience with emergency services allowed him to provide emergent eye care, administer ocular injections, and develop guidelines for managing medical emergencies in primary care settings.
