Dry Eye: Here Some Factors That Can Be Causing You Dry Eyes

Dry eyes happen when your tears are not doing their job right.

It can be caused by:
➡️ Weather conditions
➡️ Looking at a computer or TV for a long time
➡️ Smoking or drinking alcohol
➡️ Heaters and ACs
➡️ Some eye diseases
➡️ Side effect of some medications

When you feel your eye is dry (or tearing a lot), take a break and drink more water to keep yourself hydrated! In addition, schedule an appointment with your eyecare provider.

Dry eyes can influence your vision and cause problems during training or game, therefore it’s important to fix the issue.

There are multiple medication options to manage dry eye; however, we highly recommend contacting your eye doctor for a consultation to prevent complications.
